Every two years, the Washington State Democratic Party holds a State Convention, where delegates gather to conduct Party business. In 2026 the convention will be held in Spokane.
Delegates to the convention, chosen by their legislative district’s party organization, impact the State Party’s official positions on a wide range of issues, ensure their community’s needs and values are represented, and meet with community leaders from across the state.
